3th semesterendproject of my Game Design study.
"Across the Universe" is an open-world space adventure that follows the Story of the alien "Blob" and his robot companion Kiles as they travel through space and discover new planets in hopes to one day find their way to Kiles' home planet "Earth".

The goal was to make them unique and different from each other in Design and to emphasize the different themes of each of them.

Meet the Blobs
The different Blobs on Homeplanet "Jaju".
Some climb and live in Trees with the help of their long ears.
Some live on the ground hiding in the grass and inside hollow Trees.
And other live in burrows underground detecting even the smallest sounds with their big dumbo-like ears.

Fruit Planet - "Thy'Hael"
We were tasked to choose on of the planets and conceptualize it in further detail. So we chose the Fruitplanet - "Thy'Hael".
Here I have made some concepts for possible houses in which the citizens could live in.
For one of them I have also made a 3D- Model in Maya.

The Citizens
The Citizens of "Thy'Hael".
The Fly-species called the "Thylies"
and the Bee-species called the "Haelis" have been rivals for life and are stuck in an never-ending War over the Territory.
Until Blob arrives and helps the two rival groups to finally reconcile with each other.
